How to submit your results.

After you run your 5k, wether it is on our course or your own, please send your activity with us at brr@bytepro.net. Depending on what app you are using there are different ways you can share your run but here are some links that may help.

If you have another app or method of tracking your run via GPS please email them to us and we will do our best to use.

Adjusting for distance. We realize that not all 5K courses will be the same. Do your best to run a full 5k or 3.1miles.  Don’t worry if your track is a little short or long, we’ll extrapolate the missing distance based on your pace.
